  2. Go to question bank > subjective question
  3. Click on new link as example given in the below screen
  4. After clicking on link as example given in the below screen
  5. You can select appropriate subject / topic name / question type / image if any to define subjective question
  6. There is also facility to upload subjective question in bulk using excel template

Question Bank

  1. Login as admin and go to question bank>objective questions
  2. You can see screen their
  3. You can click on new link to enter single objective question
  4. After clicking on new you can see new screen their
  5.  Enter following details to define objective question
    • Subject name: select one of the subject associated with the question
    • Topic name: select topic name
    • Question text: if it is text based question then you can type it here
    • Question type: select question type from dropdown list
    • Difficulty level: there are 5 difficulty levels you can select one of the difficulty level
    • Answer option: you can enter up to 5 answer options (minimum 2 options needed)
    •  Image: if question has included any image then it can be uploaded here

Geo tagging is the process of adding geographical information to various media in the form of metadata. During Examination it is easily located any students location. The data usually consists of coordinates like latitude and longitude or name of that place. Geo tagging is most useful and  help admin to  get a lot of specific information about where the exam  was taken or the exact location of a user who logged on to a portal. Through this features we easily locate the location of any user during examination. Without enable this feature the examination can’t begin. Geo tagging, or the process of adding geographic information (latitude, longitude, & other positional data) to almost any digital content is a quickly-growing trend. These features make our portal unique, secure and fraud free.

Create Multiple Batches

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Batches > sector > courses to open the Add . Select a class.
  2. Select the sector for which you want to create a batch.
  3. In the Batch name field, enter the name of the Batch.
  4. In the sector field, select the sector  from the following dropdown options:

  6. Set the date of create from date picker
  7. Set validity of batch from the date picker
  8. Click the Create Batch Submit button.

We will also create unlimited batches from import file

You can define objective questions with multiple choices. Useful to define questions for fill in the blanks, true/false type of questions

Useful to define questions where user need to type answers for theory based questions.

Create Multiple Exam At a same time

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Test > ADD > to add test .
  2. In the top right, click the add test button.
  3. Select a courses from drop down menu
  4. Select a Center from drop down menu
  5. Select a batches from drop down menu
  6. Select question bank from drop down menu
  7. Select the batches for which you want to schedule an test.
  8. In the test  add name field, enter the name of the test.
  9. Click the add test button.
  1. In the top right, click the Add exam button. All subjects of the selected batches are displayed.

Note: If elective subjects are not being listed, it means that they have not been assigned to students.

  1. Enter the maximum and minimum marks for all subjects.
  1. Specify the start time and end time for each test.
  2. Click the Create exam button. The exam schedule is created.
  3. Click Manage exams for each batch, and then click Publish exam schedule.

If you want to remind the students later again that the exam schedule was published, click Resend SMS notification.
