Pakistan: Origin Of Terrorist, Pakistan has been heavily scrutinized over the last few decades due to political instability, questions of nuclear surety, civil violence, terrorism, religious extremism and its contentious relationship with neighboring countries.

Terrorism is the word of violence, when we hear or listen this word we just scared. Do you know how terrorism acted and how terrorism come and where is the origin of terrorism. Terrorist think that they are fighting for what they believe in and to attain their goal. Even the religion Islam has forbidden terrorism. Five percent of the total Muslims are terrorists. This doesn’t mean that all of the Muslims are terrorists. Crime and terrorism have some overlap in terms of methods and victims, but otherwise one doesn’t have much to do with the other. Pakistan called “hub” of terrorism because a fair amount of intelligence has indicated the presence of terror training camps in various parts of Pakistan. Terrorism in Pakistan has a diverse array of actors. In 2013 there were 23 different terrorist groups, down from 29 groups in 2012. However, 11 groups account for the majority of the 270 claimed attacks. While many of these groups are Islamist there are also other organizations such as separatist movements for Baloch, the Bettani tribe and Sindhi people. Pakistan is the home of many terrorist group, in this article we discuss some most dangerous terrorist group of Pakistan.

Pakistan: Origin Of Terrorist

  • Hizb-ul-Mujahideen

Hizb-ul-Mujahideen was founded by Muhammad Ahsan Dar in September 1989, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen is a Kashmiri separatist group. Muzaffarabad, Pakistan is the present head quarter of this terrorist group. Hizb-ul-Mujahideen is one of the most dangerous or active terrorist group on the earth. The Hizb-ul-Mujahideen came into the spotlight when it’s chief commander, Abdul Majeed Dar made a conditional offer of cease-fire to the Indian Government at a press conference in Srinagar on July 24, 2000. The Hizb-ul-Mujahideen is reported to have a close association with the Pakistani Inter Services Intelligence and the United Jehad Council, and other terrorist organizations.



  • Harkat-ul Mujahideen

‎Fazlur Rehman Khalil was the founder of Harkat-ul Mujahideen. Pakistan is the head quarter of this terrorist organization. The most active terrorist of this group are belongs from Muzaffarabad, Rawalpindi and several other towns in Pakistan, but members conduct insurgent and terrorist activities primarily in Kashmir. The Harkat-ul Mujahideen trained its militants in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Harkat-ul Mujahideen uses light and heavy machine guns, assault rifles, mortars, explosives and rockets. Harkat-ul Mujahideen came in news from 1999 by hijacking of the Indian Airlines flight IC 814 from Nepal was reportedly executed by Harkat-ul Mujahideen operatives. The hijackers forced the pilot to land in Kandahar under the protection of the Afghan Taliban. In exchange for the hostages from the flight, Harkat-ul Mujahideen demanded the release of terrorists held in Indian jails, including a prominent Harkat-ul Mujahideen leader, Maulana Masood Azhar.


  • Lashkar-e-Toiba

Lashkar-e-Toiba was founded in 1987 by Hafiz Saeed, headquarters based in Muridke, near Lahore in Punjab province of Pakistan.


  • Jaish-e-Mohammad Mujahideen

It has been banned in Pakistan since 2002. In 2016, Jaish was suspected of being responsible for an attack on the Pathankot airbase in India. It also responsible for  September 11 attacks in New York.


  • Jamait-ul-Mujahideen

Jamait-ul-Mujahideen, meaning ‘Assembly of Holy Warriors in Bangladesh’, is a Bangladesh-based terror outfit. Formed in 1998, the principal objective of the Jamait-ul-Mujahideen is to establish an Islamic state in Bangladesh on the basis of Sharia laws. Now a days Jamait-ul-Mujahideen became most dangerous terrorist group in Asia Continent.


  • Lashkar-e-Jabbar

Lashkar-e-Jabbar a secretive religious terrorist outfit in Pakistan is also known as Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.  A militant offshoot of the Sunni sectarian group Sipah-i-Sahaba, Lashkar-e-Jabbar has enforced their repressive Islamic agenda by shooting or throwing acid into the faces of women who did not comply with their religious orders regarding their dress code

  • Harkat-ul-Jehad-al-Islami

Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI), meaning Islamic Jihad Movement or Movement of Islamic Holy War. Whose goal is to bring Jammu and Kashmir under Pakistani rule and ultimately turn Pakistan and India into Islamic states. Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami has operational ties with both the Taliban and al-Qaeda. Harkat-ul-Jehad-al-Islami is one of the most dangerous or active terrorist group on the earth.

Broadly speaking, ‘terrorism’ is regarded as extremely violent behavior by what is normally considered to be a minority subgroup of society.
